Education/Experience

A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Three to five years of related experience, preferably in a management or lead role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in a financial institution and a working knowledge of banking principles is strongly preferred.

Must be able to make independent decisions and solve problems within bank policy and compliance guidelines.
