We are growing rapidly and looking for a seasoned Sales Representative with industry knowledge to join our team and drive sales growth.

Position Overview:
As an Experienced Sales Representative, you will leverage your expertise in the lawn care industry to identify new opportunities for existing clients, build lasting client relationships, and close sales. You’ll work closely with our operations team to ensure clients receive excellent service, making you an essential part of our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business through outbound sales, referrals, and networking
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
• Conduct on-site evaluations and over the phone sales and provide expert recommendations
• Close sales and meet/exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the lawn care, landscape, or related industries (required)
• Strong understanding of lawn care services, treatments, and customer needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
