Job Description

One Revenue Cycle (ORC) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health & Services (PH&S) in revenue cycle systems and structures in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to California. Hours: Full-tim, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week

Required qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare registration.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare registration.

  • Coursework/Training and Some college level course work preferred particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant coursework.

  • Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)

  • Previous registrar and third party payor experience.
