🌟 We're Hiring: Powder Coating Line Supervisor! 🌟

We are seeking a manager for our automated powder coating line. We use both an automated finishing line as well as stationary batch booths. This position is responsible for directly supervising powder coating technicians, and works hand in hand with the Finishing Production Leader. Experience with automated powder coating lines is required.

This is a supervisory role that also requires hands on work to troubleshoot and maintain the powder coating equipment with the help of our personnel and/or vendors. Hands on work is also required in order to train staff on proper procedures.

What You'll Do:

Strong supervisory and people skills.
Ability to troubleshoot problems with powder coating application.
Capable of working closely with company management, equipment manufacturers, and vendor representatives to troubleshoot processes, and to maximize performance of equipment and process.
Must be capable of following safety program to ensure safe operation of entire finishing line, and help enforce safety program among the team.
Must have excellent verbal and written skills, be able to keep production records.
Be able to monitor, record, and correct pretreatment chemical levels.
Be able to monitor and correct dry off and curing oven temperatures.
